From November 30 to December 4 2011, the 11th annual Whistler Film Festival will take place in Whistler, BC, Canada. The venues for the screenings are Millenium Place, Village 8 Cinemas, and Whistler Conference Centre, all within 10 minutes of each other in Whistler Village. The Festival will feature around 70 films from across the globe including a healthy number of Canadian films, with cash awards for various categories including Best Canadian Feature, Best International Feature, World Documentary, International Short Film, and Mountain Culture. From early November the Whistler Film Festival website will have full information about which films will be screened at this year’s festival.
